                  Enrollment Information – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

• Tuition is due at the 1^st lesson of each month
• Tuition is $65 per month
• Payable with Cash, Check, or Debit Card. (no Credit Cards)
• Payment is for 4 thirty minute weekly times reserved for you, the student, whether or not you attend. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN
• Lessons missed can not be made up.
• In the months that have 5 of your lesson day, you will skip the 5^th week.
• Any lesson cancelled by your instructor will be rescheduled or credit will be given at the discretion of the instructor.
• Your instructor asks that you please give notice no later than the last lesson of the month if you wish to stop your lessons. Not giving the proper notice can cause booking complications and other computer errors.
• If you fail to give proper notice, you will be billed $32.50.
• You will be issued a “Tillman Music Student’s Card” after payment of your second month which will allow you an additional 10% discount on all store purchases—anything from picks to instruments.
